Earthquake Safety Card

This informational card communicates earthquake safety instructions to the target audience using only 2 colors for a class assignment. The target audience is Brazilian women that moved to San Francisco around 1 – 3 years ago. I wanted to show through the informational card that Brazilian women are welcome here. So made it friendly and warm. The color palette refers to the color of the Brazilian flag.

I developed an icon system to insert in the card. I used rounded corner to make it even more friendly. I also chose to illustrate two skies of the city to represent the change of country and cities of the audience. The city sky in one side is Rio de Janeiro and in the other is San Francisco.
